Triggers and actions

What AiSensy (Project API) and AWS Bedrock (Claude)
bring to a workflow

Triggers are the events in AiSensy (Project API) that start a workflow. Actions are the steps it runs in AWS Bedrock (Claude).

Trigger app

Send WhatsApp template messages via AiSensy's Project API using your Partner API Key — target any of your AiSensy projects by Project ID.

How it works

Three steps run automatically, every time.

AiSensy (Project API) detects a new event
Something happens in AiSensy (Project API) and the workflow is triggered automatically.

Put the two apps on autopilot with WorksBuddy no code, ready in minutes.

Actions

Built-in AI on AWS Bedrock — generate, summarize, classify, or extract text with Claude via the Bedrock Converse API.

Extract Fields
Read text and return structured fields as JSON — each field becomes its own value for the next step, e.g. {{steps.2.output.data.fields.priority}}.
Generate / Prompt
Send a prompt to Claude on Bedrock and use the reply downstream — summarize, classify, extract, draft, translate, etc.
