Billing & Subscription Policy

Subscription Plans

• WorksBuddy offers monthly and/or annual subscription options
• Pricing is displayed on our website: https://worksbuddy.ai
• Enterprise and custom plans may be offered separately

All subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

Auto Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
• Renewal occurs on the same billing date as the original subscription
• You authorize us to charge your saved payment method

To avoid renewal, you must cancel before the next billing date.

Payments

• Payments are processed via secure third party payment providers
• You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information
• You authorize WorksBuddy to charge your payment method for all applicable fees

If a payment fails, we may:

• Retry the charge
• Notify you to update payment details

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access until the end of that period
• No further charges will be applied after cancellation

There are no cancellation fees

Refund Policy

• All payments are non refundable, except where required by applicable law
• We do not provide refunds or credits for:
  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused time
  • Downgrades

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to be charged.

Plan Changes

Upgrades

• Upgrades take effect immediately
• Charges may be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle

Downgrades

• Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
• No refunds or credits are provided for downgrades

Team Usage & Fair Use

• WorksBuddy pricing is designed for team wide usage within a single organization
• You may add or remove users within your workspace

We reserve the right to apply reasonable usage limits or take action if usage:

• Is excessive
• Impacts platform stability
• Violates our Terms of Service

Failed Payments & Suspension

If payment is not successfully processed:

• We may retry payment attempts
• We may restrict or suspend access to the platform
• Continued non payment may result in account termination

Access may be restored upon successful payment.

Taxes

• Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST, VAT, or similar)
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your jurisdiction

Invoices

• Invoices will be generated for all successful payments
• Billing history may be accessible within your account
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing details

Enterprise & Custom Plans

For enterprise customers, separate agreements may apply, including:

• Custom pricing and billing terms
• Contractual obligations
• Service level commitments

In case of conflict, the enterprise agreement will prevail over this Policy.

Pricing Changes

We may update pricing from time to time.

If pricing changes affect your subscription:

• We will provide advance notice
• Changes will apply from the next billing cycle

Limitation of Billing Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• WorksBuddy shall not be liable for:
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Any liability related to billing disputes is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding billing period

Governing Law

This Billing Policy is governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising in relation to billing will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Punjab, India.
