Adds a column to a table. values is a 2-D array (header row first), index sets the position. Returns 200 OK.
Add Worksheet
Adds a new worksheet to the end of the workbook with an optional name. Returns 201 Created.
Create Workbook Session
Creates a workbook session and returns a session id to pass as the Workbook-Session-Id header on subsequent calls. persistChanges=true saves edits to the file; false keeps them in a temporary server copy. Returns 201 Created. Not supported for personal Microsoft accounts.
