Think bigger · Run lighter.

  • Bring your keywords
  • Volume and difficulty
  • Topics to write next

Get your keywords in. Get topics back out.

Ranko imports the keyword lists you already own, fills in the missing numbers, and turns them into topics

Import without retyping

Upload a CSV or Excel file and Ranko reads it

Numbers filled in

Volume, difficulty, cost per click and intent on every term

Topics from six signals

Gaps, decay, competitors and your own keywords, read together

No repeated ideas

Near-identical topics are merged before they reach your queue

How it works

Keywords go in. Topics worth writing come out.

Ranko takes the lists you already own, fills the gaps in the data, then works out what to write next.

Keyword and topic research

From a messy sheet to a list worth writing

Clean import, real numbers, scored topics, and nothing that repeats what you own.

One keyword library

Every term for a site, filterable by tier, product or intent

Import twice, safely

Skip, overwrite or merge, so a repeat upload stays clean

Duplicates never arrive

Wording and meaning both checked against the topics you own

Approve, and it starts

Approving a topic begins its outline in the background

One topic up close

One list in. One queue to write.

Where each topic came from, what it scored, and why it beat the rest.

Why write this one before the others?

The reason it ranked first.

  • The signal it came from.
  • Volume, difficulty and product fit.
  • Every topic scored the same way.

Your existing lists, imported cleanly

No retyping. No duplicate rows.

  • CSV or Excel, 300,000 rows.
  • Twelve fields matched by alias.
  • Bad rows listed, good rows load.

Frequently asked questions

What if I import the same file twice?

You decide in advance what happens on a collision. Skip leaves the existing row alone, overwrite replaces it, and merge fills only the empty fields. Running the same import a second time will not double your library.
