Troubleshooting
Emails land in spam. Run the pre send spam check, which scans subject line trigger words, HTML structure, image to text ratio, and link quality, and apply the suggested fixes before sending.
A send failed. Open the email queue and review the per email error message and delivery attempt count, then retry the failed email.
Recipients are not receiving mail. Confirm the contact is not on the suppression list. Hard bounces and unsubscribes are added to suppression automatically.
A provider will not connect. Recheck the OAuth connection for Gmail or Outlook, or the SMTP, Amazon SES, or Resend credentials. Evox auto selects the provider once a valid one is connected.
Data looks stale. Evox pushes live table updates to every open tab, so no refresh is needed. If a tab seems out of date, reload it to re establish the connection.
