Evox quickstart
Build, personalize, and send your first Evox campaign.
This guide walks you from a connected mailbox to your first sent campaign. Evox can generate the content, check it for spam triggers, and send to a recipient group in a single flow.
Before you start
You will need:
- A WorksBuddy workspace with Evox enabled.
- At least one connected email provider (SMTP, Gmail OAuth, Outlook OAuth, Amazon SES, or Resend).
- A list of recipients, either imported by CSV or XLSX, synced from Lio CRM, or organized into a lead group.
Steps
Connect a mailbox. Add an email provider so Evox has a verified sender. Gmail and Outlook connect through OAuth, and SMTP, Amazon SES, and Resend are also supported.
Add your recipients. Import contacts by CSV or XLSX, sync them from Lio CRM, or organize them into lead groups for segmentation. CSV imports process in the background.
Create a campaign. Start a single blast or a multi step sequence. For each step set the subject, body, delay, and sending window. Generate the HTML email from a plain English prompt, or build it in the drag and drop editor.
Add personalization and A/B variants. Use template variables to personalize copy by segment or custom field. Optionally add A/B variants per step and set a test split so Evox can pick the winning version.
Run the pre send spam check. Evox scans subject line trigger words, HTML structure, image to text ratio, and link quality, then flags issues with fix suggestions before any send goes out.
Send and track. Activate the campaign. Evox queues delivery, applies send time optimization per recipient, and logs opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes in real time.
