Troubleshooting
Invoices show the wrong currency, tax, or numbering
Check your organization settings. Currency, timezone, tax rates, and number formats are configured there and apply to new invoices.
OCR did not extract all fields from a scan
Re-scan with a clear, well lit image of the full document. OCR reads vendor, amount, line items, tax, and due date, so confirm those fields are visible and legible.
An online payment did not reconcile
Confirm Stripe is connected and the invoice was paid through the Stripe Checkout link in the invoice email. Reconciliation runs automatically for payments made that way.
A CSV import failed or is incomplete
Verify your column mapping in the import wizard matches the entity type. Large files process in the background, so allow time for them to finish before checking the records.
