Lio quickstart

Set up Lio, import your leads, and get your pipeline scored so reps know who to call first.

This guide walks you through getting your first value from Lio: bring in leads, enrich them, and score your pipeline so reps know who to call first. You can start on the 14-day full trial with no credit card required.

Before you start

You will need:

  • A WorksBuddy account with access to Lio.
  • A source of leads to import: a CSV or Excel file, a batch of LinkedIn profile URLs, or an existing CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce) to import from.
  • Your ideal customer profile criteria (industry, company size, role, and similar) so scoring reflects who you actually want to sell to.

Steps

Import your leads. Bring leads in by uploading a CSV or Excel file, pasting a batch of LinkedIn URLs, or running a one-way import from HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce. Lio ingests records asynchronously and maps fields for you.

Let Lio enrich and deduplicate. As records come in, Lio enriches each lead with firmographic data and flags duplicates before they reach your pipeline, so you start with clean records.

Define your ideal customer profile. Set your ICP criteria so Lio can compare each lead against it. This drives the ICP fit score and the lead scoring breakdown.

Score your pipeline. Run AI lead scoring to rate each lead from 0 to 100. Each score comes with a plain-English explanation so reps understand the intent behind it.

Set up routing and views. Create routing rules based on score, region, industry, and rep availability, then build saved views and filters so each rep sees the leads that matter to them first.
