Troubleshooting

Duplicate leads appear after import. Lio deduplicates on import and flags duplicates before they reach the pipeline. If duplicates still appear, confirm the records came in through a supported import path (CSV, LinkedIn URLs, supported CRM, or the API) so deduplication runs.

Enrichment fields are blank. Enrichment draws on firmographic data from the source. Check that the LinkedIn URL or imported record contains enough identifying detail, and confirm you have AI credits remaining, since enrichment consumes credits.

A lead score looks wrong. Open the score explanation to see what drove the result, then review your ideal customer profile criteria. Scores are relative to the ICP you define, so refining it changes the scoring.

Leads are not routing to the right rep. Review your routing rules for score, region, industry, and rep availability, and confirm the target reps have capacity, since distribution is matched to live capacity.

You hit a credit limit. If you run low on AI credits, top up instantly or move up a tier. Existing data and records are not affected.
