Troubleshooting

A signer has not signed. Check Signing Behavior Analysis to see whether the signer opened the document. Sigi flags stalled signers who viewed but have not signed after 24 hours and can send automatic reminders.

A document expired before it was signed. Documents with a validity window send reminder emails at 7, 3, and 1 day before expiration. Expired documents are auto-marked. Re-send the document with a new validity period if needed.

A risk flag is still open after completion. Risk flags are automatically resolved when a document reaches a completed state. You can also dismiss a flag manually, which records an entry in the audit trail.

You cannot edit a live template. Template changes go through an edit request workflow so they are versioned and approved before going live. Submit an edit request and have it approved rather than changing the live contract directly.

You need proof of who signed and when. Download the Certificate of Completion, which includes signer information, timestamps, signatures, IP addresses, device details, and geolocation. The immutable audit trail logs every event with SHA-256 hashing to detect tampering.
