Sigi quickstart

Send your first contract for signature and close it with Sigi in a few steps.

This guide takes you from a blank workspace to a sent contract and a completed signature, so you can see Sigi's core value quickly.

Before you start

You will need:

  • A WorksBuddy workspace with Sigi enabled.
  • A document to send (PDF, DOCX, or image), or a template to start from.
  • The name and email of each signer.

Steps

Upload or create a document. Upload a PDF, DOCX, or image, or start from a reusable template. You can upload up to 20 files at once and organize them into folders.

Add recipients. Add each signer with a name and email, set their role (signer, approver, or acknowledgement), and choose a signing workflow such as sequential or parallel.

Place fields. Drag signature, initial, text, date, and checkbox fields onto the pages, assigning each field to a specific signer. Add any sender-only fields you want to complete before sending.

Run the AI review. Let Sigi review clauses, detect missing provisions, and flag risks with severity levels before you send. Address anything critical.

Send and track. Send the document and monitor progress through its lifecycle. Sigi logs every action to the audit trail and predicts signing likelihood from signer behavior.

Close and download. When all signers complete, Sigi generates a Certificate of Completion. Download the signed document with the certificate attached.
