Lio integrations
How Lio connects to CRMs, external apps through Revo, and your own systems through its public API.
Lio connects to your existing tools through native CRM imports, the wider WorksBuddy suite, and a public API. You can bring leads in from common CRMs and files, reach other apps through Revo, and create leads programmatically over the API.
Native integrations
- HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce import. One-way import of leads from these CRMs. Growth and above include guided OAuth migration from HubSpot and Pipedrive with reusable field mapping; Salesforce sync is available on Enterprise.
- CSV and Excel. Import leads from CSV or Excel files and export filtered datasets to multiple formats for migration and backup.
- LinkedIn enrichment. Paste a LinkedIn profile URL or a batch of 500 to 1,000 URLs to enrich leads with firmographic data.
- Slack and email notifications. Follow-up reminders and alerts can be delivered in app, by email, or via Slack.
CRM import is currently one-way. Two-way write-back is on the roadmap.
Connect through Revo
For apps Lio does not import from directly, connect through Revo, the WorksBuddy workflow automation agent. Revo connects 1,000+ apps so you can move data between Lio and the tools your team already uses.
Developer and API
Lio includes a public API for inbound lead creation, so you can push leads from your own systems or forms directly into the pipeline.
