Troubleshooting
No rank or indexation data is showing. Confirm your Google Search Console property is connected and verified for the site you are tracking. Ranko relies on Search Console for impressions, clicks, position, and indexation status.
Topic plans look off-target. Make sure you entered a specific topic and connected your analytics sources. The more search and AI question data Ranko can mine, the more accurate the opportunity scoring.
Drafts do not match your voice. Train brand voice with five of your strongest existing posts. If the voice still drifts, swap in posts that better represent the tone and formatting you want.
Competitor data is missing for a topic. Check that you have added the competitor websites you care about. Ranko reports on the competitors you plug in, up to the limit on your plan.
Alerts are too noisy or too quiet. Adjust the alert threshold and route notifications to Slack, Teams, email, or webhook so only the changes you care about reach you.
