Analytics Dashboard
Track total executions, success and failure rates, durations, and error trends across every Revo workflow in one place.
The analytics dashboard shows how your workflows perform, with total executions, success and failure rates, average execution time per workflow, most used workflows, error trends, and date range filtered charts.
How it works
The dashboard opens with the metrics most teams need first: total executions, success and failure rate breakdown, average execution time per workflow, and a ranked list of the most used workflows. The numbers refresh as new runs complete. Trend charts show how each metric moves over time by bucketing runs into intervals appropriate to the selected range (hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly). Every chart respects the active date range, workflow, and category filters, and every chart can be clicked to drill into the underlying runs.
Key capabilities
- Total executions for the selected window, broken down by workflow, trigger type, and status.
- Success and failure rate breakdown by workflow, error category, and trigger source.
- Average execution time per workflow, ranked from slowest to fastest.
- Most used workflows ranking, with success rate and average duration alongside each.
- Error trends over time, broken down by error category and workflow.
- Date range filters with presets (last hour through last quarter and this/last month) plus a custom calendar picker.
- Drill down from any chart to the matching runs in execution history.
- Export to document or structured data file, shareable read only links, and scheduled recurring exports.
Tips
A run is a success when every step completes without error and reaches its end state. Skipped runs (events that did not match trigger conditions) and active runs (still in progress) are tracked separately, not as failures.
For run level detail behind any metric, see execution monitoring.
