Revo lets you create, edit, duplicate, and organize workflows into custom categories, with version control and one click rollback, JSON import and export, draft mode, and live structure validation.

How it works

You build a workflow from scratch, duplicate an existing one, or import one from elsewhere, then sort the library into custom categories such as Lead Routing or Customer Onboarding. Each workflow has a live version that keeps running and a draft you can edit freely. Live structure validation runs while you edit, so problems are caught in the draft before publishing.

Every published change creates a new version with a timestamp, the user who made it, and a diff from the previous version. You can roll back to any earlier version with one click, compare two versions, or export the history. Workflows can be deactivated without deletion and moved between environments through JSON export and import.
