Internal App Actions
Run more than 70 pre built actions across Taro, Lio, Inzo, and Sigi from a Revo workflow, secured by the platform with no credentials.
Internal app actions are more than 70 pre built operations across the WorksBuddy agents, covering tasks in Taro, leads in Lio, billing in Inzo, and documents in Sigi. They run from a workflow step, secured by the platform, with no credentials or code to configure.
How it works
Pick the agent, browse the categorized list, and select an action named in business language such as create task, update contact, or send invoice. Each action opens a configuration panel where you map fields from earlier steps into its inputs using the same visual interface as every other node. When the workflow reaches the action node, the platform handles the call to the target agent automatically. Revo and the WorksBuddy agents trust each other internally, so no credentials or permission scopes are required on your side.
Key capabilities
- Taro task actions: create, assign, complete, comment, set priority, set due date, and link to a deal or contact.
- Lio lead and contact actions: create or update a lead, change stage, assign owner, create a contact, tag, and add a note.
- Inzo billing actions: create and send an estimate, convert to an invoice, send, record a payment, mark paid, and issue a refund.
- Sigi document actions: trigger a send, request a signature, send a reminder, void in progress, retrieve status, and fetch the signed copy.
- Field mapping that uses the same drag and drop interface and live preview as every other step.
- Full record returns, where every field of the result becomes a variable for downstream nodes.
Tips
Each action runs with the workspace's existing identity and respects every permission rule in the target agent. An action a user cannot perform manually inside an agent is one their workflow cannot perform automatically.
Actions can be chained across agents in one workflow, and new actions appear in the library automatically when an agent ships them. See the agent docs at /docs/agents/lio/overview for the operations each agent exposes.
