Execution Monitoring

Execution monitoring gives you a single window into every workflow run, with live status, step by step logs, error diagnostics, per step timing, a visual timeline, and a searchable run history.

How it works

Open the execution view and every running workflow appears with a real time progress indicator showing the current step, position in the workflow, and elapsed time. Click into any run to read its step by step log top to bottom in execution order, with inputs, outputs, timing, and notes for each step. When a step fails, the error appears inline with full diagnostic detail. Every run also has a visual timeline that renders each step as a bar sized to its duration, making slow steps obvious. The view auto refreshes as steps complete.

Tips

Monitoring events can drive notifications through email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, custom webhooks, and the Worksbuddy notification center. For aggregate metrics across runs, see the analytics dashboard.
