Inzo provides invoice management with automatic numbering, a status workflow from Draft to Paid, bulk updates, revisions, one click email delivery, partial payment acceptance, late fees, payment history, and links between invoices and inventory stock.

How it works

You create an invoice, which is assigned an automatic number, then add line items and formatting. You send the document to the customer by email in one click. After sending, the invoice moves through a status workflow, and you track payments and history against it. Sending an invoice can also reduce linked inventory stock.
