Inzo scans an uploaded invoice, bill, or receipt and uses AI to extract fields such as vendor, amount, line items, tax, due date, and GST number, then populates your accounting books.
How it works
You upload or scan a financial document through the bill and invoice creation modals. The document is processed by AI through the WorksBuddy service and an external OCR API, which converts the file into structured line items and fields. You review and verify the extracted data, then it populates your books through journal entry creation and ledger updates.
