Inzo sends automated payment reminders per invoice with configurable timing, templates, and channels, applies late fee rules automatically on overdue detection, and logs every reminder to the invoice history.

How it works

You configure reminder schedules and late fee rules at the organization level. Inzo monitors invoice aging and detects overdue invoices, then activates reminders and applies late fees according to your rules. Late fees can be fixed amounts or percentage based, with frequency settings and grace periods, and you can waive or pause fees per customer or invoice. Every reminder is recorded to the invoice history.
