How it works
Create an estimate with expiry-date tracking and accept or decline monitoring. When a customer accepts, convert it to a sales order in one click. Sales orders progress through Draft, Confirmed, Invoiced, Packed, Shipped, Delivered, and Cancelled states, with customer purchase order tracking. Confirmed orders convert to billing invoices, and status changes can trigger Revo workflows such as document signing and approvals. Estimates and orders keep full revision history and can be sent as PDF by email.
