How it works

You create a campaign as a single blast or a multi-step sequence. For sequences, each step is configured independently with a custom delay, subject, content, targeting conditions, and a sending window. Campaign settings control daily send limits, timezone aware delivery, and targeted campaign groups. Each campaign moves through a defined lifecycle, and Evox logs activity and status for every recipient throughout the journey.
