Evox connects to multiple email providers, including SMTP, Gmail OAuth, Outlook OAuth, Amazon SES, and Resend, and selects the appropriate provider automatically. Per-user signatures and secure authentication handling are built in.
How it works
You connect one or more providers through a single unified manager. Gmail and Outlook use OAuth for secure authentication with managed credentials. Once providers are connected, intelligent selection routes each send based on deliverability, capacity, and performance. If a provider experiences issues, failover routes through a backup provider to maintain delivery continuity. Per-user signatures apply consistently regardless of which provider is used.
