How it works

Leads enter the workspace manually, through CSV or XLSX import, through the API, or through the Lio integration that syncs LinkedIn sourced leads. Every column in the lead list is editable in place, saving the moment you click away. Bulk operations apply update, assign, and delete across many records at once. Each lead record carries its own notes, documents, and follow up reminders, so context stays with the lead as it changes hands.
