The email queue tracks every outgoing message through Pending, Sent, Seen, and Error status, and lets you retry failures, resend delivered messages, and review full error details while bounces are suppressed automatically.
How it works
Each outgoing email moves through a status progression: Pending while it prepares, Sent on delivery, Seen on engagement, and Error when delivery fails. The queue dashboard shows where every email stands in real time. Failed emails can be retried, and the system records how many delivery attempts were made along with the full error message for each. Delivered emails can be resent with delivery history verification to avoid duplicates. A suppression list is maintained automatically, handling bounces and unsubscribes without manual updates.
