Task Management provides full task creation and editing with rich text descriptions, seven statuses, four priorities, dependencies, time tracking, and file attachments, all viewable across six view modes.

How it works

Every task starts with a status and a priority set at creation, and carries the full context needed to execute, track, review, and close the work. The same task data renders in six different views without duplication, so switching perspective is instant. Every action on a task is logged automatically to a unified activity history with the user, timestamp, and changed fields, kept permanently in the History tab.

Key capabilities

  • Seven statuses (To Do, In Progress, In Review, On Hold, Completed, Cancelled, Pending Approval) and four priority levels, with statuses renamable and active-versus-closed mapping configurable per workspace.
  • TipTap rich text descriptions supporting bold, italic, code blocks, lists, inline mentions, and image embeds.
  • Two dependency types, blocks and depends on, visualized in the Gantt view and factored into Auto Prioritization and Bottleneck Analysis.
  • Built-in time tracking via a start/stop timer or manual entry, with estimated versus actual hours and project-level rollups.
  • File attachments and per-task activity history.
  • Six view modes, including List, Kanban, Calendar, and Gantt.
  • A dedicated Bug Tracker view with severity, environment, reporter, browser/device context, reproducibility steps, and a Cannot Reproduce column.
  • Custom tabs that save any filter, sort, and grouping combination as a private or shared named view.
  • Nested subtasks to arbitrary depth, each with its own status, assignee, due date, and priority.

Tips

Save any view your team navigates to more than once as a custom tab. Shared tabs such as sprint blockers or pending approval give the whole workspace the same view one click away.
