17 widget types across 4 dashboard roles. Workload reports, risk alerts with 8 alert types, sprint burndowns, velocity tracking, and per user productivity trends all cached for sub second load times.
TARO aggregates task, sprint, workload, and risk data across your entire workspace and surfaces it in the right dashboard for the right role instantly, every time.
Roles
Not every role needs the same data. TARO provides four distinct dashboard contexts each pre populated with the widgets most relevant to that role's responsibilities. Every dashboard is also fully customisable: users can add, remove, and rearrange any widget from the full library of 17 types, so the default is a sensible starting point, not a locked template.
Widgets
Each widget draws from live TARO data no manual data entry, no CSV import, no third party BI tool. Every widget updates automatically as tasks, sprints, and workloads change. Choose the widgets relevant to your role, arrange them on your dashboard, and the data is always current.
Alerts
The Risk Alerts widget monitors eight distinct risk signals simultaneously each one a different failure mode that teams encounter in real delivery. Alerts are severity classified (Critical, High, Monitor), named with the exact task or person involved, and each one carries a specific recommended action. The dashboard doesn't just light up red. It tells you what to do.
Build & Load
Every dashboard layout is fully customisable by drag and drop move widgets to any position, resize them to any width, remove ones you don't need, add new ones from the full library. Layouts are saved per user. Dashboard data is cached on every state change so the entire view loads in under one second regardless of workspace size no waiting for aggregation queries to run on open.
A dashboard that takes 8 seconds to load gets checked once a day. A dashboard that loads in 0.3 seconds gets checked before every standup and makes every standup shorter.
Dashboard data is cached on every workspace state change not fetched fresh when you open the view. A dashboard that takes 0.3 seconds to load gets checked five times a day. One that takes 8 seconds gets opened reluctantly and skimmed.
Blocked dependencies, velocity drops, single points of failure, stage overloads, stalled workflows, broken handoffs, overdue cascades, and completion prediction slips. Each alert names the specific task, person, or stage involved not a generic warning that something is wrong.
A Super Admin opening their dashboard sees org wide data. A developer sees their personal tasks and productivity trend. An Org Admin sees workload distribution and risk alerts. The right data for the right role without anyone configuring it manually from scratch.
Sprint burndown, velocity, workload distribution, risk alerts, task completion rate, productivity trends, leaderboard, overdue tasks, epic progress, bottleneck summary, upcoming deadlines, team mood, and more all from the same data source, no integration required.
Move widgets, resize them, remove the ones you don't need. Saved per user. No shared dashboard layout that everyone has to live with. The engineering lead's dashboard looks different from the PM's and both are exactly right for each of them.
Daily task completion bars per team member over the rolling window show who's accelerating, who's stalling, and whether the stall started before or after a specific event. The data is there without anyone having to ask for a status report.
Your workspace data is already in TARO. The dashboard just shows it in under a second.
Org admins running cross team delivery and individual contributors tracking their own sprint progress both need dashboards just very different ones. TARO gives each the right view from the start.

Org admins open the Org Admin dashboard at the start of each delivery review. Workload distribution across all team members, velocity trend for the last five sprints, active risk alerts with severity and recommended actions, and sprint burndown shapes across all active projects all on one screen. The conversation starts from the data. No one has to ask "how are we tracking?" The dashboard already answered it.
When a dashboard widget surfaces a risk or a velocity drop, TARO's intelligence features give you the exact action to fix it not just a number to stare at.
The intelligence behind the Risk Alerts widget scanning overdue tasks, stalled workflows, velocity drops, and blocked dependencies with exact action recommendations per alert.
The intelligence behind the Workload Distribution widget suggesting exact task reassignments to balance overloaded members, with one click to apply the full rebalance.
The intelligence behind the Sprint Burndown and Velocity widgets predicting actual finish date, variance from commitment, and confidence level from real sprint history.
The intelligence behind the Bottleneck Summary widget diagnosing stage overloads, SPOFs, and broken handoffs with prescribed fixes and flow confirmed resolution tracking.

Common questions from org admins, engineering leads, and team members evaluating TARO's dashboard system.
The Productivity Trend widget displays a daily bar chart of task completions over a configurable rolling window (default: 14 days). In Personal dashboard mode, it shows your own completion count per day useful for seeing whether you're accelerating, maintaining, or tapering toward the end of a sprint. In Org Admin mode, it shows per team member bars side by side so leads can see individual patterns across the team simultaneously. Bars are colour coded: days above the member's rolling average are violet, days below are grey. Hover any bar for the exact count and which tasks were completed. The widget doesn't show idle days differently zero completions show as absent bars, which is itself a signal worth noting.
