How it works
You tell Ranko the topics that matter to your brand and mark which are hot and which are evergreen. Ranko then runs continuous background scans across the four AI assistants, capturing questions as they are asked. Each engine tends to be queried differently, so all four patterns are captured separately. Hot topics refresh daily and evergreen topics refresh weekly, with change detection flagging what moved between refreshes. New questions get a "new" indicator showing the engine they first appeared on and the rough date they surfaced.

Tips
Mark a topic as hot when something is changing around it that you need to react to quickly, such as a competitor launch or a regulation change. Move it back to evergreen once the activity settles and the weekly cadence resumes automatically.
