Imports and Exports
Pull live SEO and analytics data into Ranko from five sources and push briefs, tasks, and calendars out to six workflow tools.
Imports and Exports connect Ranko to the tools you already use. It reads performance, traffic, and keyword data from five sources and writes briefs, tasks, and calendars to six destinations, with no copy paste between systems.
How it works
Authorise each source with a secure sign in. Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Bing Webmaster then feed data into Ranko, refreshed automatically. That data drives the rest of the engine, including Topic Planner, Topic Clusters, Opportunity Score, and the 90 Day Calendar. The output flows back out to the tools your team works in: briefs to Notion or Google Docs, tasks to Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Linear, and calendars to Google Sheets. Imports are read only by design, while exports write to the systems where the team works.
Key capabilities
- Google Search Console import: queries, clicks, impressions, average position, and change over time.
- Google Analytics 4 import: traffic, conversions, engagement signals, and audience breakdowns.
- Ahrefs and Semrush import: keyword landscape, position tracking, backlink profile, and competitor positions.
- Bing Webmaster import: the Bing equivalents of Search Console data.
- Notion and Google Docs export: full briefs with pillar, supports, article type, linking targets, and Opportunity Score.
- Project tracker export to Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Linear with brief, deadline, assignee, and priority.
- Google Sheets export as a portable calendar view.
- Daily import refresh, on-demand exports, and timestamped data freshness.
Tips
Connections use each platform's official secure sign in with minimum permissions. Ranko stores no credentials, and you can revoke any connection from the source platform at any time.
