The Deliverability Score combines every signal that affects inbox placement into one number, then breaks it apart so you can tell whether the problem is your setup, your list, or your content.
How it works
Twelve checks roll into one score, grouped into components: authentication settings, bounce and complaint rates, blacklist status, content and link quality, and mailbox reputation history. You get a score for each sending domain and a separate score for each mailbox, which matters because a single weak mailbox in a pool can drag placement down without showing up in a domain level figure. Each component expands into the specific items pulling it down, and each item carries a written fix. The list is ranked by impact, and the score updates as the underlying signals change.
Key capabilities
- One score per sending domain and one per individual mailbox.
- Twelve underlying checks grouped into five readable components.
- Written fix for every low scoring item, ranked by impact.
- Hard and soft bounces tracked separately and trended over time.
- Complaint rate attributed to the specific campaign and mailbox that produced it.
- Content scoring covering subject lines, body copy, link reputation, redirect chains, and attachment risk.
Tips
Get the authentication component passing before your first campaign. Bounce and complaint scores can only improve after you have sent real volume, but authentication is fixable up front.
