Mailbox Rotation and Sending Pools

Group mailboxes into pools in Evox so campaign volume spreads evenly within safe daily limits, with per-mailbox health monitoring.

Every mailbox has a safe daily sending limit, and pushing past it damages deliverability quietly. A sending pool spreads a campaign's volume evenly across many mailboxes so total capacity grows without any single mailbox carrying more risk.

How it works

You connect your mailboxes, group them into a pool, and assign the pool to a campaign. Evox distributes each send across the pool, keeping every mailbox inside its own safe daily limit. Capacity scales by adding mailboxes rather than by sending harder from the ones you have. Health is monitored per mailbox on bounce rate, complaint rate, blacklist status, and reply rate, and a mailbox whose score drops is throttled or pulled from rotation automatically before it affects the campaign. Broken connections and expired tokens are reported rather than silently skipped, and OAuth tokens refresh automatically where the provider allows it.

Key capabilities

  • Even distribution of campaign volume across every mailbox in a pool.
  • Per-mailbox daily limits enforced so capacity grows safely.
  • Support for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, and any SMTP or IMAP provider.
  • Continuous per-mailbox health monitoring with automatic throttling or removal.
  • Isolated pools per client or per campaign, with unlimited pools on agency plans.
  • Immediate reporting of broken connections and expired tokens.

Tips

Scale by adding mailboxes, not by raising per-mailbox volume. Ten mailboxes at forty sends each is safe, while one mailbox at four hundred is not.
