Reply Classification

Intent based labelling of every campaign reply in Evox, reading the full message rather than matching keywords, with no rules to configure.

Reply rate counts out of office messages, wrong-person replies, and unsubscribes alongside genuine interest. Classification reads what each person actually means and labels the reply accordingly, which is what turns the number into a usable signal.

How it works

When a reply arrives, the full message is analysed for intent rather than scanned for trigger words, so tone, context, and what the person is asking for all count. Each reply receives one of six labels: interested, objection, referral, out of office, wrong person, or unsubscribe. Nothing needs configuring, and there are no keyword lists to maintain. The label then drives the right action automatically: unsubscribes suppress the contact across every campaign, referrals are flagged for handoff, interested replies move to the top of the queue, and out of office replies can be snoozed. Every label is editable by anyone on the team.

Key capabilities

  • Six intent labels applied automatically to every incoming reply.
  • Full message intent analysis instead of brittle keyword rules.
  • Mixed replies read correctly, so a rejection containing an opening is not discarded.
  • Referrals identified and flagged for handoff rather than logged as rejections.
  • Instant suppression for any reply classified as an unsubscribe.
  • Positive reply rate as a real reported metric, editable labels, and nothing to set up.

Tips

Treat objection-with-interest replies as your best queue. A message like "we already use something, but send details" converts well and is the label most often misread elsewhere.
