Advanced Filtering

Advanced Filtering lets you locate specific leads and segments in Lio by combining multiple criteria with search operators and saving those combinations for reuse.

How it works

Build a filter from one or more fields, choose an operator for each criterion, and Lio returns matching records with results that update as you change the criteria. Filter combinations can be saved as reusable sets and shared across the team so everyone works from the same segmentation. The current filtered view can be exported for external analysis.

Key capabilities

• Filter across multiple fields, including company size, industry, location, lead score, status, tags, assigned user, creation date, and last activity.
• Use comparison operators such as equals, not equals, contains, starts with, ends with, greater than, less than, in range, is empty, and is not empty.
• Combine multiple fields and operators into a single complex filter, including custom fields (text, number, dropdown, date, and boolean).
• Filter by AI lead score, ICP fit score, intent signals, and buying signals alongside standard fields.
• Save filter combinations as reusable sets and apply them in one click.
• Share saved filter sets across the team for consistent lead lists.
• See results update in real time as criteria change.
• Export the current filtered view to CSV and other formats.
