Data Import and Export moves leads into Lio from CSV, Excel, or existing CRM systems and exports filtered datasets to multiple formats for migration, sharing, and backup.

How it works

Import data from CSV, Excel, or another CRM. Lio automatically detects field relationships and maps them to the right columns, with manual adjustment available before you confirm. Data is validated during import, and rows with errors are flagged in an error report so you can fix and re-import only the failed records. For export, apply filters first, then export the matching leads asynchronously; a secure download link is generated for each export.
