The Notification Center delivers real time alerts for lead activities and deadlines through browser notifications, email, and in app messages so critical events are not missed.
How it works
Lio detects critical lead activities and upcoming deadlines in real time and delivers alerts across browser, email, and in app channels. Notifications are organized by priority and respect per user preferences to limit alert fatigue. Read and unread status is tracked in the in app notification center, and delivery runs through SSE and Ably with BullMQ and Redis queue processing.
