How it works
Lio captures interactions and system changes in real time and organizes them into a single chronological feed per lead, with timestamped entries from first contact to current status. Reps open a lead to see its complete history, and managers review progression directly. Updates broadcast to connected team members via SSE notifications and Ably pub/sub, and dashboard metrics refresh as the feed updates.

Tips
