Custom Views and Filters

Build, save, and share filtered views across Leads, Contacts, and Deals with multiple layouts and visibility levels.

Custom views let you filter records by score, stage, owner, intent, and other criteria, then save the result and share it with your team.

How it works

You combine filter conditions using AND/OR logic across score ranges, stages, ownership, industry, intent signals, custom fields, and date ranges. Each view can use a list, kanban, or table layout, and you choose which columns appear and how they sort. Saved views are dynamic queries that update in real time, and you can pin frequently used views to the sidebar. Visibility is set to Private, Team, or Public.

Tips

Most teams stack 5 to 10 conditions per view. Keep personal exploratory views Private and share only the standardized ones at Team or Public level.
