Audit Logs
Automatic, attributed change tracking across Lio with filtering and reversal of accidental changes.
Lio records every create, edit, delete, assignment, and bulk action with a timestamp and the user who performed it, so you can investigate issues, support compliance, and reverse accidental changes.
How it works
Every action across Lio modules generates an audit entry automatically, with no manual logging. Each entry includes a precise timestamp, the responsible user, and the action type. You can filter the log by record, user, or action type to narrow large trails to the relevant entries, then use that history to investigate a change or restore a prior state.
Key capabilities
- Automatic tracking of create, edit, delete, assignment, and bulk actions.
- User attribution and timestamps on every entry, with timezone-aware chronological ordering.
- Filtering by record, user, action type, timeframe, and module.
- Cross-module logging across leads, companies, contacts, deals, and pipelines.
- Reversal of accidental changes using recorded history.
- Compliance reporting with export functionality.
- Real-time activity updates via SSE and Ably pub/sub.
Tips
Filter by user or record first when investigating an incident. Narrowing the trail before scanning is faster than reading the full log chronologically.
