Bulk Lead Operations let you apply changes such as owner, stage, score, and tag updates to thousands of leads at once instead of editing records individually.
How it works
Use advanced filters to select leads by owner, stage, score, tags, date ranges, or custom criteria, then choose a bulk operation and set its parameters. Lio shows a preview before execution. Operations run asynchronously through a BullMQ and Redis queue with retry logic and exponential backoff, so the interface stays responsive. Progress is tracked in real time, every change is logged for audit, and rollback is available.
