Auto Risk Flag Resolution
Automatically resolves risk flags when a document reaches a completed state, with manual dismissal and a full audit trail.
Auto Risk Flag Resolution closes the risk flags raised during contract review automatically once the document reaches a completed state, and supports manual dismissal with an audit trail entry for every closure.
How it works
Risk Analysis raises flags for each legal or business risk it detects, with a severity level, description, and location. Those flags stay open and visible in the dashboard while the contract is in draft, negotiation, or pending signature. When Sigi detects that the document has transitioned to a completed state, through signing, archival, or explicit closure, it iterates through every open flag on that document and closes them. Resolved flags move to a history log rather than disappearing.
Key capabilities
- Auto resolve on completion: all open flags for a document close when it reaches a completed state.
- Document state detection: Sigi detects completion via full signing, archive, or explicit closure to trigger resolution.
- Manual dismissal: close a flag without the document completing, for accepted or not-applicable risks.
- Audit trail per action: every closure, automatic or manual, logs who closed it, when, the trigger or reason, and the original flag details.
- Real-time dashboard updates: open-flag views reflect resolutions and dismissals immediately.
- Resolution history: resolved flags are retained in a queryable, exportable log.
Reopened documents do not reactivate previously resolved flags. The next Risk Analysis scan re-evaluates the current version and raises fresh flags as needed.
Tips
Auto Risk Flag Resolution pairs with Risk Analysis: Risk Analysis raises flags, this feature closes them, forming the full risk lifecycle.
