Sigi delivers every document event through real-time push, keeps a searchable in-app notification center, and backs critical events up with email so nothing is missed.
How it works
When an event happens on any document, the platform detects it and pushes a notification to the team members who should see it, usually within seconds and without any dashboard refresh. The in-app notification center keeps the full history with read and dismiss controls. Email notifications fire in parallel for every workflow event, so team members away from the platform still receive the signal.
Coverage spans document workflow events (sent, viewed, signed, declined, completed) plus stalled signer alerts, expiration reminders, and risk flag notifications. Each team member can configure which event types they receive and through which channels.
