Certificate of Completion
A professional PDF certificate generated automatically when a document is completed, capturing full signing evidence.
When a document reaches its completed state, Sigi automatically generates a professional PDF certificate that records every signer's details and signing evidence in one shareable artefact.
How it works
Completion is the trigger. Once every required signer has signed, all required fields are filled, and the workflow finishes, the platform detects completion and builds the certificate within seconds. No manual request or generate button is involved.
The certificate uses a clean, consistent PDF format across every contract. It captures evidence inline rather than pointing to logs stored elsewhere, so the document itself shows who signed what, when, from where, and on what device. It can be downloaded on its own or attached to the signed document.
Key capabilities
- Auto generated the moment a document reaches the completed state.
- Includes the actual drawn, uploaded, or typed signature image for each signer, not just names.
- Captures full signer information: name, email, signing timestamp, and signing role.
- Records network address and location coordinates for each signer at the time of signing.
- Records device details, including browser, operating system, and device type.
- Assigns a unique tracking ID per certificate for later verification.
- Downloadable as a standalone PDF or attached to the signed document.
Tips
The certificate is the exportable summary of the underlying evidence. For the full event record inside the platform, see the Immutable Audit Trail.
