Signing Behavior Analysis
Per-signer engagement tracking with AI signing likelihood prediction and stalled signer detection.
Sigi tracks each signer's interaction with a sent contract, predicts how likely they are to sign, and flags signers who have viewed but not signed after 24 hours.
How it works
Tracking starts the moment a contract is sent, and each signer is monitored individually. Sigi captures when a signer first opened the document, how long they spent inside it, which pages they viewed, and whether they returned for additional reads.
From these signals, the AI predicts signing likelihood per signer as green (likely), yellow (uncertain), or red (risk of stall or refusal), with the reasoning shown. A signer who has opened the contract, spent meaningful time reading, and has not signed after 24 hours is flagged as stalled. A background check runs every 6 hours to refresh status and surface newly stalled signers without manual polling.
Key capabilities
- Per-signer open tracking from the moment the contract is sent.
- Time spent captured precisely for each signer.
- Pages viewed tracking, including repeated returns to specific pages.
- AI signing likelihood prediction shown as green, yellow, or red with reasoning.
- Stalled signer detection at the 24 hour threshold, with not-yet-opened signers tracked separately.
- Background checks every 6 hours to keep status and predictions current.
Tips
The stalled flag surfaces the signer name, time since last view, and the pages they spent the most time on, which the team can use to target follow-up rather than sending a generic reminder.
