Signing workflows support every signing scenario in one platform, covering sequential, parallel, self-sign, acknowledgement only, approval, public embeddable forms, and scheduled future sending.

How it works

You pick the workflow type that matches the contract, configure the specifics such as signer order, approval chain, required fields, or validity windows, and save the configuration as a reusable template. The contract can be sent immediately or scheduled for a specific future date and time, with time zone aware delivery. Regardless of workflow type, every active contract is tracked in one unified dashboard showing sequential progress, parallel completion, approval status, and form submissions.

Workflows can be mixed within a single contract, for example an internal approval step before external sequential signing. Other Sigi features layer over every workflow type. Recipient management defines the signers, and the approvals system covers the approval workflow in depth.
