Clause Intelligence
Reviews every clause in a contract and suggests stronger alternatives with rationale, based on contract type and industry context.
Clause intelligence reads every clause in a contract and generates improvement suggestions, flagging weak language and drafting stronger alternatives with an explanation for each recommendation.
How it works
Sigi reviews the full clause inventory of a contract, not just the headline provisions. Each clause is analyzed against the contract type, the industry, and legal best practices for that combination. Weak clauses are flagged and a stronger alternative is drafted to fit the specific document, and every recommendation includes rationale that explains the current weakness and what the stronger version protects against.
Recommendations are reviewable and adjustable. The legal team can accept the suggested language, modify it before insertion, or reject it if the weaker version is intentional, and the override is logged to the audit trail.
This feature improves clauses that are present. It works alongside risk analysis, which flags problematic clauses, and missing clause detection, which catches absent ones.
