How it works
A form is built with the exact fields the team needs, and each field can be marked required or optional. The form is then embedded directly in a website or shared by public URL across any channel that accepts a link, such as email, social posts, partner sites, or QR codes. Signers open the form, complete the fields, sign, and submit without creating an account. Each submission is captured with field values, signature, IP address, geolocation, and timestamp, and appears in the same dashboard used for invited contracts.
